职位描述：
Responsibility
- Organize material localization and local supplier qualification.
- Lead supplier quality system and process quality audit.
- Drive the supplier for continuous quality improvement processes
- Cooperate with process quality control, industrial engineering, production departments and supplier for production quality trouble shooting.
- Establish and dynamically update the quality control requirements for incoming inspection including inspection plan and checklist.
- Train and supervise the incoming goods inspectors to ensure they understand and implement the inspection requirements.
- Take the ownership of supplier complaint and supplier claim for loss due to supplier quality problems.
- Provide technical/quality support for any request from internal customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5+ years of related working experience---electronic device (passive/active components, connector, cable ) field , at least 3 years of background in electronics or telecommunication industries.
- Familiar with ISO9000,BPI, SPC, 6 Sigma , FMEA and etc. Certified black belt or certification as supplier quality engineer preferred.
- Advanced concept and attitude of quality management.
Proved strong skills and knowledge leading supplier to ensure implementation and execution of quality management plan and continuous improvement.
- Good English communication skill both in written and speaking
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of word, excel, visio, project, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with the mechanics of manufacturing business operation. |
